SJE is excited to announce that Bjorn Haldorsen has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Haldorsen joined SJE in May 2022 as President of the Engineered Division. Mike Sutter, the current Chief Executive Officer, will transition to the SJE Board of Directors.
Haldorsen has had a successful business management career, with leadership roles in manufacturing companies and across diverse industries, technologies and routes to market. Prior to joining SJE, Haldorsen held the position of President of North America at Colson Group. He headed their North American business operations, with a focus on growth and strategic initiatives to best service the marketplace. He spent 18 years at Flowserve Corporation and served in various regional and global leadership roles that culminated in the role of Vice President and General Manager for the Industrial Pump Operations. Haldorsen also spent 8 years at Honeywell International. His background brings valuable experience to his new role at SJE.

Haldorsen received his bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Logistics Management from Arizona State University and his M.B.A. in International Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
